He has extensive management experience as the Founder & CEO of InVivoLink and as a Mentor for the Healthbox Accelerator. Ryan provides a high-level view that helps management teams focus on the core aspects of their business and drive long-term success. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee.


Lucas Wilkinson – Sustainability Advisor

Lucas is focused on helping our team reduce operational risk within our companies through managing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. He has worked in the sustainable energy industry as the Director of Business Development with Silicon Ranch Corporation and as an ESG research analyst with KLD and MCSI. Therefore, he brings a balance of company management and ESG analysis experience. Lucas holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University.


Brian Murphy – Operations AdvisorBrian Murphey

Brian works with our portfolio companies to drive operational and process improvements. His operational improvement experience with Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager will allow management teams and employees to improve their business’s efficiency. Brian holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama.
