Tim Barbis, CFA

Tim Barbis has more than 13 years of experience in investing, finance, and operations.  His focus is on employee empowerment and the long-term success of companies.

Experience

Tim worked as the head of finance in a start-up and took on much more. He identified and solved pain points across the company to help the management team make the right hires at the right time. For years he has taken that experience and provided the same services for other small and medium-sized businesses.  His consulting expertise has helped many companies solve problems created from how they plan on growing or helped them deal with the growth they’ve already gone through. He as also helped companies who have decided to slow their growth and what that will look like going forward.

Tim Barbis has also worked in venture capital with Heritage Group and in the public markets at State Street Global Advisors. Tim holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
